You just need to send us back your jewel, making sure it is in perfect condition and have not been worn or previously resized. You have a 30-day leadtime to change your mind after you receive it and send it back to us.

Nothing is charged to you, you only have to pay the postage. The insurance costs are also charged to Avenda.

Your parcel is insured up to the value of the jewellery. It will be delivered through a courier company, which we have selected for its reliability. This company is already used by several famous brands.

Your parcel will be directly delivered to your place, and put into your hands after you sign the delivery note. The parcel is not personalized so it ensured you a perfect confidential and secure delivery.

The ring you have received is not fitting you? No problem, you can send it back to us for resizing for free ( see conditions above). Resizing may take up to 2 weeks depending on the model. If resizing is not technically possible, then Avenda will send you back a new ring with your correct size.

For every order, we offer you a 2-year guarantee against vice or hidden defects.

We produced your jewellery with the best crafsmanship and quality of materials. To prove you our dedication to offer you the best service, we commit ourself to reparing your jewel in case of vice or hidden defects. When you need to have your jewel repaired, please send it to us and we expertise it to determine the reason of the default. If it is from our fault, we repair it and send it back to you at our own expenses. This guarantee last 2 years. After this leadtime, no hidden default can remain without having being identified previously. Thus, if a concern about your jewellery might appear, it can only be linked to a wrong manipulation ( knock, impact,…)


Examine your jewellery regularly to make sure the settings as well as clasps and joinings are as secure as when you buy it.

Avoid exposing your gold jewelry to household bleach, it could remove gold shine and cause damages. Generally speaking, remove your jewellery when you do household cleansing, you wash your hands or take a shower/bath.

A proper storage is the best way to protect your jewellery. When you receive your Avenda jewellery, it will be wrapped in a protective box. When you don’t wear your jewellery, we do recommend to put it back in its box.

Besides, some gemstones require special care. Protect your jewellery from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. Gemstones can scratch other gemstones and wear away at precious metals. Therefore, avoid stacking this jewellery that would be vulnerable to such abrasion. Perfumes and cosmetics can also damage jewellery.

We recommend to clean your jewellery regularly at home. Use a product specially developed for cleaning gold jewellery you can find in jewellery shops, or use the following tips from Avenda team : in a bowl, add some drops of washing-up detergent in lukewarm water. Dive your jewellery for a couple of minutes then brush it with a soft brush (an old soft toothbrush for example!). Remove the jewellery from the bowl, replace the dirty water by cold clean water and rinse your jewellery in the bowl. Then dry it with a soft cloth.
